CMS was engaged to perform a coating condition assessment and coating repair recommendation on the
* T3 Talboingo Penstock
* Murray 1 and 2 Penstock

This took 5 days of assessment including DFT testing, visual examination, lead testing, adhesion testing to evaluate the condition of the coating at numerous sections of the penstocks and to provide a recommended repair procedure/timeline for each of the Penstocks
